The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful Panel Beaters to work with a long-established, prestige automotive retailer based on the outskirts of Doncaster, due to the company experiencing a period of organic growth they are looking to add to the existing team where duties will include:
- To ensure all repairs are documented to meet with customer repair standards, company policy, and quality standards
- Carry out panel repairs, panel replacements and carbon repairs to all vehicles following work instructions
- Carry out paintless dent removal
- Carry out warranty repairs in accordance with BMW warranty policy and procedures
- To utilise all materials in accordance with the suppliers’ guidelines
- To ensure all repairs are carried out efficiently and with minimum cost of time and materials, to meet the current customer repair standards
- To learn new methods and techniques as required and put into practice
- Have ownership of vehicle and take responsibility of any repairs undertaken
- To carry QC checks on other team members if required
- To be flexible on a day-to-day basis of actual duties required for the day
- Other tasks as directed by the management team
- Comply with appropriate working time legislation
- To maintain a clean and tidy working environment
- To undergo any training required
- To ensure all systems for recording time are adhered to on each repair
- Any other incidental duties required to provide service to the customer within your capabilities
It is expected that the successful Panel Beaters will have experience of working in a panel beating role or similar, working in an automotive body-shop or similar environment, have a strong understanding of all panel beating techniques, intermediate knowledge, be confident in managing multiple priorities whilst working with accuracy and with own initiative.
