CNC Millers / Horizontal Borers required in Ecclesfield, Sheffield.

Excellent Rates + Overtime + 4 Day Week

  • Salary Days: £19.00 - £21.00 per hour DOE
  • Nights: £23.70 - £25.70 per hour DOE

Developing Machinists:

If you have CNC machining experience with setting and editing but are not yet at the full required level, training opportunities are available with starting rates from:

  • Days: £17.00 per hour
  • Nights: £21.70 per hour

Plenty of overtime available.

The Role:

We are currently recruiting for experienced CNC Millers / Horizontal Borers to join a well-established heavy engineering company in Sheffield. You will be responsible for setting, operating and programming large CNC milling and boring machines using Heidenhain controls, machining complex heavy engineering components to tight tolerances and high quality standards. The role involves machining castings, forgings and fabrications using materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, copper and titanium.

  • CNC milling or horizontal boring experience
  • Heidenhain control experience
