Are you physically fit, reliable, and ready to take on a hands-on, industrial role? We are seeking motivated individuals to join a leading international manufacturing company as Furnace Operators. This is a physically demanding role that requires strength, endurance and attention to safety. As a key member of the factory team, you will be involved in:
- Operating and monitoring industrial furnaces in a manufacturing environment.
- Loading and unloading heavy materials and products.
- Ensuring all products meet stringent quality standards and customer timelines.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Full training will be provided to help you excel in your role.
What We're Looking For:
- Familiarity with machine operations and factory settings.
- Good physical strength and stamina – this role involves heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to work in high-temperature environments.
- Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and timekeeping.
- Good communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well within a team.

Weekly Alternating:
- Week 1: Mon–Thurs: 6:00am–2:00pm, Fri: 6:00am–11:00am
- Week 2: Mon–Thurs: 2:00pm–10:00pm, Fri: 11:00am–4:00pm
- OR Night Shift: Monday to Thursday: 10:00pm - 06:00am, Friday: 04:00pm to 09:00pm
Please note you will only be required to work nights OR alternating shifts.
