Join Major Recruitment as a Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver. Location: Baildon / Shipley Area. Pay Rate: £14.32 per hour. Job Type: Full-time, ongoing with potential for permanent placement.

Major Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading international automotive company with a large, modern facility in the Baildon/Shipley area. We’re looking for motivated FLT Drivers to join a hardworking and supportive team. Little experience is needed – full training provided!

Your Role as an FLT Driver:

  • Operate a Counterbalance Truck
  • Load and unload containers safely and efficiently
  • Pick and store stock accurately within the warehouse
  • Assist with manual handling of heavy items as required
  • Follow manufacturing and warehouse processes
  • Comply with all health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid FLT license (Counterbalance or Bendi)
  • Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
  • Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and safety-focused attitude

Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly):

Week 1:

  • Monday – Thursday: 06:00 – 14:00
  • Friday: 06:00 – 11:00

Week 2:

  • Monday – Thursday: 14:00 – 22:00
  • Friday: 11:00 – 16:00
