We're looking for motivated FLT Drivers to join a hardworking and supportive team. Whether you have little experience or many years behind the wheel, we'd love to hear from you. Full training is provided. Vacancies are available in both Goods In and Goods Out departments, with placement dependent on your skills and previous experience. Your Role * Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently. * Load and unload containers and vehicles. * Pick, move and store stock accurately within the warehouse. * Assist with manual handling of heavier items when required. * Carry out Goods In or Goods Out duties depending on your experience and business requirements. * Follow warehouse and manufacturing procedures. * Maintain high standards of health and safety. What We're Looking For * Counterbalance or Bendi FLT licence. * Expired and in-house licences are accepted, provided you can supply proof of your licence. * Comfortable carrying out physical work and manual handling. * Willing to work both indoors and outdoors. * Good communication and time management skills. * Reliable, proactive and committed to working safely. Shift Pattern (Weekly Rotation) Week 1 * Monday–Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm * Friday: 6:00am – 11:00am Week 2 * Monday–Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm * Friday: 11:00am – 4:00pm What You'll Receive * £14.32 per hour. * Long-term opportunity with the potential for a permanent contract. * Free onsite parking. * Uniform provided. * Onsite canteen serving hot and cold food, plus vending machines. * Comfortable staff break areas with TVs. * Regular social events organised by the onsite team. * Ongoing training and development opportunities.
