Major Recruitment is excited to partner with our well-established, award-winning, family-run motorcycle dealership in the Cannock area, who are seeking a skilled Motorcycle Mechanic to join their expanding team. As part of a respected dealer group, you'll be working for a well-known company with a great reputation in the industry. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of bikes, including servicing and MOTs, while enjoying fantastic employee benefits and the chance to be part of a long-standing, supportive team. Your Role as a Motorcycle Mechanic: * Work on a variety of motorcycles * Complete 2-3 MOTs per day * General servicing and repairs * Perform routine engine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks * Identify and address any issues related to engine performance * Carry out fault diagnostics and implement effective solutions * Offer recommendations for preventive maintenance to enhance the longevity of motorcycles What We're Looking For: * A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a garage * An MOT Card is desirable but not essential * Technical certification in motorcycle mechanics * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Working Hours: Monday to Saturday: * January to October: 08:45 – 18:00 (Standard) * November: 08:45 – 16:30 (Paid until 18:00) * December: 08:45 – 16:00 (Paid until 18:00) Pay: * £27.5k – £35k per annum, depending on experience Why Join Us? * Great benefits and employee perks * Be part of a supportive, long-standing team * Work on a variety of bikes * Fantastic career development opportunities with a leading dealer group If you're an experienced motorcycle mechanic looking for a new challenge and would like to work with a leading dealer in a supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you!
