Furnace Operator

We’re Hiring Furnace Operators! Are you physically fit, reliable, and ready to take on a hands-on, industrial role? We are seeking motivated individuals to join a leading international manufacturing company as Furnace Operators. This is a physically demanding role that requires strength, endurance and attention to safety. As a key member of the factory team, you will be involved in: * Operating and monitoring industrial furnaces in a manufacturing environment. * Loading and unloading heavy materials and products. * Ensuring all products meet stringent quality standards and customer timelines. * Adhering to health and safety regulations. Full training will be provided to help you excel in your role. What We\’re Looking For: * Familiarity with machine operations and factory settings. * Good physical strength and stamina – this role involves heavy lifting and standing for long periods * Willingness to work in high-temperature environments. * Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and timekeeping. * Good communication skills.. * A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well within a team. * Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
