We\’re Hiring Furnace Operators!

Are you physically fit, reliable, and ready to take on a hands-on, industrial role? We are seeking motivated individuals to join a leading international manufacturing company as Furnace Operators. This is a physically demanding role that requires strength, endurance and attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring industrial furnaces in a manufacturing environment.
• Loading and unloading heavy materials and products.
• Ensuring all products meet stringent quality standards and customer timelines.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Full training will be provided to help you excel in your role.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with machine operations and factory settings.
• Good physical strength and stamina – this role involves heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
• Willingness to work in high-temperature environments.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and timekeeping.
• Good communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Shift Pattern

Weekly Alternating:

• Week 1: Mon-Thurs 6:00am-2:00pm; Fri 6:00am-11:00am
• Week 2: Mon-Thurs 2:00pm-10:00pm; Fri 11:00am-4:00pm

Pay Rate

£13.26 per hour
