Role Overview

Are you an experienced TIG Welder or someone looking to start a career in specialist welding? We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our manufacturing team in Banbury. This is a temp-to-perm position where you will build high-end stainless steel food trolleys and ventilation systems. Whether you are a seasoned pro or a trainee with a great attitude, we offer a clear path for progression and long-term stability.

Working Hours

  • 16:00
  • Friday: 07:00 - 14:00 (Early finish!)
  • Morning Break: 15 minutes (Fully Paid)
  • Lunch Break: 30 minutes (Unpaid)

Key Responsibilities

  • Precision Welding: Perform TIG welding on stainless steel components.
  • Fabrication: Build and assemble food service trolleys and ventilation systems.
  • Technical Specs: Work from drawings to ensure high-quality finishes.
  • System Integration: Help install heating and airflow components within the units.
  • Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe welding bay.

Candidate Requirements
