Major Recruitment is currently recruiting a Team Leader/Supervisor to join a busy and expanding food manufacturing company based in Littleover (DE23). This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals looking for long-term employment with genuine opportunities to secure a permanent position and progress into a supervisory role.
What You'll Be Doing
- Packing and filling honey jars into catering-size buckets and drums
- Food packing and labelling
- Working on a fast-paced production line
- Palletising and shrink wrapping finished products
- Operating production machinery
- Carrying out quality checks
- Preparing jars and containers for production
- Cleaning production and staff areas
- General factory and warehouse duties
What We're Looking For
- Experience in food production, food packing, factory work, warehouse production, manufacturing, packing operative roles, or production line environments
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to work well within a team
- A flexible and proactive attitude
- The ability to carry out manual handling duties, including lifting up to 25kg
