We are seeking an experienced and skilled MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team in Stratford Upon Avon. This is a full-time, permanent position. If you have proven MIG welding experience in a production setting and a strong commitment to quality and safety, we encourage you to apply.

Key responsibilities:

  • Weld production: Execute high-standard MIG welding on chassis parts and assemblies using jigs and fixtures.
  • Technical interpretation: Work from technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure products meet precise specifications.
  • Quality control: Carry out pre- and post-weld inspections to ensure structural integrity and a high-quality finish.
  • Production targets: Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
  • Safety and maintenance: Adhere to all company health and safety procedures and perform basic maintenance on welding equipment.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with the wider production team to ensure a smooth and efficient manufacturing process.

  • Proven experience as a MIG Welder, ideally within a production environment.
  • Proficient in using jigs and fixtures for repeatable and accurate welding.
