We are seeking an experienced and skilled MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team in Stratford Upon Avon. This is a full-time, permanent position. If you have proven MIG welding experience in a production setting and a strong commitment to quality and safety, we encourage you to apply.
Key responsibilities:
- Weld production: Execute high-standard MIG welding on chassis parts and assemblies using jigs and fixtures.
- Technical interpretation: Work from technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure products meet precise specifications.
- Quality control: Carry out pre- and post-weld inspections to ensure structural integrity and a high-quality finish.
- Production targets: Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Safety and maintenance: Adhere to all company health and safety procedures and perform basic maintenance on welding equipment.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with the wider production team to ensure a smooth and efficient manufacturing process.

- Proven experience as a MIG Welder, ideally within a production environment.

Benefits:
