Due to a packed pipeline of high-end projects, we are looking for a skilled Fitter to join our installation team on a full-time, permanent basis. Key Responsibilities * Installing high-end, bespoke architectural steel windows and doors on site. * Ensuring all installations are square, secure, weatherproof, and finished to a flawless standard. * Glazing, sealing, and adjusting heavy-duty steel frameworks and hardware. * Providing excellent customer service and representing the business professionally on high-end residential and commercial sites. * Working safely and effectively as part of an installation crew. What We Are Looking For * Proven experience installing windows and doors, ideally with architectural steel, aluminum, or timber frames. * A strong eye for detail to handle expensive, high-quality, bespoke fabrications. * Ability to troubleshoot on-site fitting challenges and use hand/power tools with precision. * A valid UK driving license (essential for site travel). * Reliable, punctual, and based within a commutable distance of Shipston-on-Stour.
