Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Punch Press or Robot Punch Operator to join our permanent manufacturing team in Banbury. You will play a vital role in our production line, operating machinery to shape stainless steel components for high-end food trolleys and industrial ventilation systems. This is a secure, permanent position in a company that is booming and offers genuine career progression.
Working Hours
- Friday: 07:00 - 14:00
- Morning Break: 15 minutes (Fully Paid)
- Lunch Break: 30 minutes (Unpaid)
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up and operate Punch Press or Robotic Punch machinery.
- Material Handling: Work specifically with stainless steel sheets.
- Production: Manufacture precision parts for food trolleys and ventilation units.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for accuracy against technical drawings.
- Maintenance: Perform basic machine checks and maintain a safe workspace.
