What’s the Opportunity?

We are looking for a driven and confident Telesales Executive with strong IT skills and a proactive mindset to join a dynamic sales team located near Castle Donnington. This role will be focused on cold calling prospective clients, developing leads, capturing data and presenting tailored sales solutions to new and existing clients. This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday with set KPIs and a rewarding commission structure.

What you’ll be doing as Telesales Executive but not limited to:

  • Proactively calling prospective clients to introduce and promote company products
  • Generating, qualifying, and following up on leads building a strong pipeline of prospective business
  • Creation and delivery of PowerPoint presentations to potential and existing customers
  • Identifying customer needs and tailoring solutions accordingly
  • Consistently meet and even exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Collaborating with internal teams to refine pitches and improve outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and report sales activities using IT tools, updating and managing customer information using CRM systems
