PRESS BRAKE SETTER OPERATIVE – PERMANENT- NOTTINGHAM\\n\\nWe are currently recruiting for a Press Brake Operative/Setter for our client in Nottingham. This is a permanent, full-time position with an immediate start, offering a great opportunity to join a growing industry in an supportive environment.\\n\\nSalary: £16-£18 per hour + £1 shift allowance (first 40 hours), Overtime available (Time and a Half, Double Time on Sundays)\\nShift: Monday – Friday – Afternoon Shift (flexible for rotational AM/PM)\\nContract Type: Permanent, Full-Time\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Set and operate Trumpf Press Brake machines, ensuring accuracy and quality.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Read and interpret technical drawings to prepare and set up jobs.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Work with stainless steel, as well as other materials, on a variety of projects.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Perform bending operations, working to tight tolerances.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Carry out quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure standards are met.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience with Trumpf Press Brake machines is advantageous.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to work with various materials, particularly stainless steel, and work to tight tolerances.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.\\n\\nWhat’s on Offer:\\n\\n * Overtime available: Time and a Half for hours over 40, Double Time for Sunday overtime.\\n\\n * Excellent company culture in a growing industry.\\n\\n * Supportive work environment with opportunities for training and career progression.\\n\\n * On-site parking, canteen area, and local food vans available.\\n\\n * Easily accessible by public transport.\\n\\n * Uniform allowance provided.\\n\\nWhy Join Us:\\n\\nThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing business in a dynamic environment, offering long-term career potential.
