You\’ll be responsible for creating custom and standard furniture designs, translating concepts into practical CAD drawings, and generating CNC programs to support production. Working closely with the wider manufacturing and technical teams, you’ll help deliver innovative, tailored solutions that reflect evolving customer needs. What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): * Create 2D/3D CAD designs for bespoke and standard products * Translate CAD drawings into CNC programs * Support production by providing clear specifications and accurate BOMs * Liaise with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met * Convert legacy 2D drawings into SolidWorks * Review and refine current product designs to improve efficiency and quality * Contribute to a wide range of design projects – from standard builds to fully customised pieces * Stay open to learning and development – new tools, materials, and ideas welcome!
