We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Coordinator to join an exceptional team in Worcester. We need you if you're experienced, energetic and have worked as an Assistant Project Coordinator or in a similar role. You'll be leading and delivering development projects reporting into the project's director. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and will be passionate about creating impactful, safe, welfare-conscious spaces.

What you'll be doing as an Assistant Projects Coordinator, but not limited to:

  • Driving the delivery of key projects from concept to completion
  • Collaborating with stakeholders from operations, Health and Safety and external bodies
  • Managing timelines, budgets, contractors, and compliance
  • You'll be the go-to expert on all things project-related
  • Evaluating and preparing tender documents in accordance with the business policies
  • Preparing compliance documents and operation for handover
