Are you a skilled Fabricator Welder who can confidently read engineering drawings and produce accurate, high-quality work? We're looking for an experienced fabrication and welding professional to join a well-established manufacturing team in Bradford.
If you're a hands-on Fabricator WeldeMonday-Friday, 6am-2pmr who takes pride in accuracy, quality and workmanship, this could be the perfect next step for you.
The Role - Fabricator Welder
As a Fabricator Welder, you'll manufacture and assemble metal components to exact specifications, working from detailed engineering drawings.
What you'll be doing:
- Fabricating and welding a variety of metal components
- Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings
- Measuring, marking, cutting and preparing materials
- Setting up and using welding and fabrication equipment safely
- Assembling components accurately to the required specifications
- Inspecting completed work and maintaining high quality standards
- Identifying and reporting equipment faults or production issues
- Managing your workload to achieve production targets
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
What we're looking for:
- Proven fabrication and welding experience
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Confidence using fabrication equipment and workshop tools
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
Hours and Pay:
- Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm
- Some flexibility around start and finish times
- 40 hours per week
- £14-£15 per hour, depending on experience
- Overtime opportunities
