Major Recruitment have the pleasure of working with a large independent distribution company and are now looking to expand their driving force to complete deliveries across the Southwest and surrounding areas. Job Title: Delivery Driver Location: Severn Beach Job Type: Full-Time (Any 5 days out of 7, including weekends) Rota weekly, handed out on a Thursday Pay Rate: Β£14.27 per hour for the first 40 hours β Then Β£19.29 after 40 hours Start Times: Typical start between 06:00 and 10:00 Overtime available About the Role: We are currently seeking reliable and professional Delivery Drivers to join their team in Severn Beach. This role involves light work, delivering to retail stores. You will be provided with a long wheelbase Sprinter van to complete your deliveries. Key Responsibilities: Complete 6 to 12 store deliveries per day Make collections from stores and third-party vendors from stores delivered to Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients Ensure all deliveries and collections are made in a timely and safe manner Follow the scheduled rota which includes weekend shifts What We\βre Looking For: Valid UK driving licence (with no more than 6 penalty points) Previous delivery driving experience is preferred Ability to commit to weekend work as part of the rota (this is essential) Punctual, reliable, and professional attitudePlease only apply if you are happy to work a rota which will include weekends.
