We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Sales/Administrator to join my Client's team. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to follow up leads and liaise with their internal Sales team. You will report directly to their Marketing Director. Duties include:
- Contact lapsed customers by telephone and email.
- Update their inhouse database with new data.
- Providing product knowledge where needed.
- Lead generation qualifying information.
- Follow up with calls and emails sending out relevant information to their potential customers.
- Work closely with their internal teams.
- Record quotations and communication using their SAP Business One system.
- Contact existing customers promoting their new products.
Full time permanent position - 5 days in the office. This role is ideal for a technically proficient individual passionate about sales and customer interaction and has the ability to build a rapport. Professionalism is key to succeed in this role.
