We are currently looking for a Sales Manager for our Client a full-fledged 3PL services provider, with 75 years of international Port and terminal operations, shipping and logistics services. Hybrid Role – to start with, client visits required Salary £50k + Commission 33 days annual leave As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and success. Your primary mission will be to establish and nurture relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring that our network remains strong and effective. You will be tasked with achieving revenue targets, generating positive outcomes for the company, and identifying new opportunities within the European market This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Sales Manager to make a significant impact in a dynamic and forward-thinking company where there is plenty of opportunity to grow in. Your skills and expertise will be pivotal in driving our business to new heights What we need from you: Strong sales abilities with a proven track record Ability to attract new clients. Determination and ambition to drive the company forward. Having initiative and proactive ideas and plans for expansion of the business. Experience in Sea and Air Freight Forwarding is a must. Experience in Road and Rail freight forwarding is a bonus. Experience working on EU Freight Exchanges. Strategic mindset with the ability and drive to spot new opportunities and take ownership in moving them forward.
