Are you a motivated Field Sales professional with experience of Contract selling? Can you demonstrate your ability to win new clients and keep them?

Location: Tonbridge | Sevenoaks | Tunbridge Wells | Medway | Swale | Dartford | South East (SE Postcodes)

Contract: Permanent | Full-Time

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (1 day per week in the office)

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 basic + uncapped commission OTE 45K + Additional: £5,400 car allowance + £960 mobile/Wi-Fi allowance + fuel expenses

Your Earning Potential:

  • £25k - Trainee (ideal if you have telesales, retail, or any sales background)
  • £28k - Proven B2B performer with 18+ months' experience selling a service on contract
  • £30k - Experienced professional from the hygiene or similar contract services sector (2+ years proven success)

Realistic OTE: £45k+ including commission, car allowance and benefits. Hard work here pays off - literally.

About the Role:

We’re looking for ambitious, energetic Field Sales Executives to join a thriving hygiene services company with a fantastic reputation and growing client base across Kent, Surrey and Sussex. You’ll thrive on generating face-to-face meetings, converting new customers, and building long-term relationships that keep clients coming back. What You’ll Do:

  • Generate new business via door-to-door prospecting and focused telephone campaigns
  • Present consultatively to business clients - no hard sell, just smart selling
  • Maintain loyal client relationships through exceptional service
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-tier delivery for your customers
