Overview
We are delighted to be partnering with a leading premium food wholesaler and distributor to recruit a Transport Debrief Operative. This is a key operational role within a fast-paced logistics environment, offering the opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and compliance of a high-performing transport function.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured end-of-shift debriefs with drivers.
- Verify adherence to company policies and transport procedures.
- Ensure the return and reconciliation of fuel cards, trays, and associated equipment.
- Identify, investigate, and escalate any discrepancies or operational issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with compliance standards.
- Liaise effectively with transport and warehouse teams to support daily operations.
- Have good communication skills and be assertive in enforcing company policies and procedures.
