12T Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers required. Full Time | 40-48 Hours Per Week | 5 Days Out of 7.
Our client is a leading supplier of premium fresh produce and fine foods to restaurants, hotels, caterers, and hospitality businesses across the region. We are looking for reliable and professional HGV2 Drivers to join their growing transport team. All HGV2 drivers operate with a drivers mate. This is a physically active role suited to someone who enjoys being on the road, delivering excellent customer service, and working as part of a fast-paced operation.
The Role
As a Multi-Drop Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of food products to our customers using company vehicles. Although the vehicles operated are 12T, applicants must hold a valid HGV2 Licence to be eligible for insurance and compliance purposes. Clean licence is desirable. No more than 6 points.
Key Responsibilities
- Completing multi-drop deliveries to hospitality and catering customers
- Loading and unloading food products safely and efficiently
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and maintaining vehicle cleanliness
- Ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule
- Providing professional and friendly customer service at every delivery
- Adhering to all road transport and health & safety regulations
- Be a trusted key holder for the establishments you deliver to
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class 2 driving licence
- Clean licence is desirable. No more than 6 points speeding only
- Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred
- Good geographical knowledge and route planning skills
- Strong timekeeping and reliability
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Positive attitude and team-focused approach
Working Hours
- 40-48 hours per week
- 5 days worked across the week
- 2 days off
- Early morning starts
- Typical shifts between 8-10 hours per day
