Responsibilities
  • As a Field Service Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for maintenance, repairs and installations.
  • You'll work independently, managing your own van stock, using a tablet for reporting, and delivering top-notch service to customers across Scotland.
  • You must also be willing to travel within a 200-mile radius when required, with additional call-out fees paid when you're on standby or responding to emergency work.
  • Carry out routine maintenance, repairs and installations.
  • Diagnose and fix mechanical/electrical issues on-site.
  • Deliver great customer service and keep clients informed every step of the way.
  • Manage your own van stock and keep job reports up to date.
  • Support other technicians when needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in a field service, mechanical or electrical environment.
  • Strong IT and tablet skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Willingness to travel within a 200-mile radius and participate in call-out rota.
