Senior Recruitment Consultant – Data, AI, Machine Learning (USA Market)
£35,000 - £45,000 basic salary plus commission

With offices in London and the Netherlands, we partner with leading global brands and fast-growing tech start-ups to help them hire the best talent across the UK, Europe, and soon to be the USA.
We already have a strong presence in the UK, Netherlands and Germany but we are expanding our recruitment practice across the pond and looking for an experienced recruiter with a strong understanding of the US market within emerging tech. Our focus is to generate high margin, strategic accounts. This is a high-growth opportunity for someone who thrives in a performance-driven, high-trust environment and wants to help build a key international vertical.
You will be joining a high performing, collaborative and ambitious team passionate about placing top talent across Data, AI, Machine Learning and Cloud technologies.
The Role
As a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will be leveraging Arrows' existing business and launching the brand into the USA focusing on permanent hires. You will build meaningful client partnerships, deliver exceptional talent solutions, and help drive our international growth strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop new client relationships within the emerging tech sectors across the USA
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process for permanent roles
- Source, engage, and place top data professionals across the US market
- Leverage market knowledge to advise clients and candidates on hiring trends
- Negotiate favourable commercial terms and deliver against revenue targets
- Collaborate across Arrows' international network to cross-sell opportunities
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' 360 recruitment experience, within emerging technologies such as data, AI, ML or datacentres
- Proven success recruiting for the US market (perm placements essential)
- Strong business development and client acquisition skills
- Track record of exceeding financial and performance targets
- Knowledge of Data, AI, ML or Cloud technologies
