Key Responsibilities:- Create content (mostly video) for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram)
- Collaborate with the brand marketing team to align content with the marketing calendar and wider business goals.
- Manage scheduling, posting, and reporting.
- Craft copy that reflects the brand’s playful tone of voice and ensures a cohesive visual identity.
- Work with internal and external creatives to produce polished, high-quality content.
- Keep up with social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- 4+ years of experience in social media content creation, open to agency and brand-side candidates.
- Experience working across retail, fashion, beauty or interiors in a social content creation or social media management role.
- Copywriting skills.
- Strong creative portfolio showcasing social-first content.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Final Cut Pro.
- Excellent writing skills with a strong understanding of brand tone of voice.
- Creative ideation experience across social channels.
- Ability to adjust content strategies based on performance data.
