A leading creative agency is looking for a Social Creative to concept, craft, and deliver best-in-class social ideas for global brands. This is a hands-on, ideas-driven role for someone who lives and breathes culture, platforms, and storytelling β€” from TikTok trends to thumb-stopping craft. You will join a collaborative, tight-knit creative team where social sits at the heart of the work, not as an afterthought.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in London, offering creative freedom, collaboration with world-class teams, and the opportunity to work on some of the most recognisable brands in the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concept and execute social-first ideas and campaigns across multiple global brands.
  • Develop creative responses to briefs β€” from ideation and mockups to execution and post-production.
  • Create social-native content: behind-the-scenes, short-form video, and quick-cut edits using tools like CapCut.
  • Bring a creator mindset, balancing organic and paid social ideas that drive engagement.
  • Work closely with creative directors and strategy teams to ensure ideas are rooted in cultural insight.
  • Collaborate on shoots and in production, contributing confidently and proactively on set.
  • Stay on top of platform trends, creator culture, and new storytelling formats.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure social work integrates seamlessly with broader campaigns.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in social or content-led creative roles, ideally agency.
  • Strong understanding of social-native craft, tone, and formats across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
  • Confident concepting and executing content end-to-end, from idea to edit.
  • Skilled in creating short-form video content, with hands-on experience using CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z and Millennial audiences, and how they engage with brands online.
  • Confident communicator and collaborator, comfortable presenting ideas and contributing to shoots.
  • Passionate about social culture.
Salary & Benefits
  • Competitive salary: Β£40,000–£50,000, depending on experience and level.
