Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute high-impact paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest, consistently hitting monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Own a portfolio of D2C client accounts end-to-end.
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to continuously improve ROI.
  • Champion creative strategy for your clients — developing testing roadmaps, writing direct-response copy, and collaborating with the in-house creative team to find breakthrough concepts.
  • Deliver clear, data-backed reporting and growth recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your portfolio.
Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally in an agency.
  • Proven success managing D2C/ecommerce clients with monthly ad spend of £30k–50k+.
  • Deep platform knowledge across Meta and TikTok.
  • Confident using tools such as Triple Whale, Motion, Shopify Reports, and Agency Analytics to inform decisions.
  • Strong understanding of creative performance.
