An independent, fast-growing media agency is expanding its paid media team on the back of strong organic growth. The agency works across a genuinely diverse client base — from B2B and B2C financial services, to transport and public sector, consumer brands, membership bodies in the creative industries, and B2B telecoms - giving the successful candidate exposure to a broad mix of sectors and objectives, from brand-building to hard performance.
This is a rare opportunity to join a growing, independent shop at a pivotal point, with genuine scope to shape your own channel specialism as the team scales.
You'll join as a Senior Paid Media Executive with a primary focus on paid social and programmatic, working closely with the wider paid media team. The split is approximately:
- 70% paid social / programmatic
- 30% paid search
You'll be exposed to a wide variety of client objectives - from B2B lead generation to consumer brand and content engagement campaigns - giving you the platform to build a genuinely well-rounded skill set.
What we're looking for:
- Solid hands-on experience in paid social and/or programmatic (Google Ads experience is a strong plus, particularly given the shift toward audience-based buying)
- At least 12–18 months' relevant experience
- Open to candidates from network or independent agency backgrounds
- Curious, proactive, and genuinely interested in the 'why' behind campaign decisions — not just execution
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats as part of a smaller, close-knit team
Please note: Candidates must have full right to work in the UK. This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
Process:
- Initial Teams call (45–60 mins) — competency-based, getting to know your experience and fit
- Face-to-face second stage - a short test, followed by a presentation and conversation
Start date: Ideally September/October, though the agency is happy to wait for the right person. Candidates on shorter notice periods (1–2 months) are welcome to apply.
