The Opportunity
We're partnering with a rapidly growing influencer agency to hire an Account Executive. This is a hands-on, operationally focused role where you'll play a central part in delivering high-quality influencer campaigns for leading consumer brands. You'll collaborate closely with campaign, warehouse, and client teams to make sure influencer campaigns are executed flawlessly. This position is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-moving environment, with opportunities for rapid growth within a structured career path.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns
- Ensure all influencer information is accurate and vetted
- Coordinate packaging and delivery with internal operations teams
- Act as the main point of contact for clients on influencer approvals
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with tight deadlines
- Track progress and provide updates to internal stakeholders
- Support smooth workflows across campaign teams
- Bridge communication between clients, campaign teams, and operations
- Troubleshoot day-to-day challenges and escalate issues when needed
- Maintain high standards of organisation, timing, and quality control
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in influencer marketing, gifting, or campaign execution preferred
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Understanding of influencer marketing trends and audience engagement
- Energetic, hands-on, and proactive
- Comfortable managing multiple high-volume campaigns in a fast-paced environment
