An independent drinks brand with a sharp creative identity and a growing following is looking for a Social Content Manager to take ownership of their social channels and always-on content. If you know your way around a camera as well as a caption, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and genuinely care about culture, creativity, and community – this one's for you!
Key Responsibilities- Plan, shoot and edit lo-fi, always-on content for social channels — reactive, creative and consistently on-brand
- Capture live content at brand events, activations and partner moments, turning it around quickly and to a high standard
- Own community management across social: comments, DMs, engagement — always in the brand voice
- Run the influencer and creator seeding programme: outreach, relationship management and tracking results
- Manage and nurture the brand's advocacy network of artists and creatives, activating them across social and events
- Work closely with the Creative Lead to bring social strategy to life through consistent, high-quality execution
- A few years' proven experience in social media management & content creation, ideally in the drinks, spirits, hospitality, art/design or lifestyle scene
- Confident shooting and editing social content (both stills and short-form video)
- Strong copywriting ability, you can nail a brand voice and make it feel effortless
- Hands-on experience managing social channels and community day-to-day
- Experience with influencer or creator seeding and relationship management
- Sharp eye for what works on Instagram and emerging platforms, with a genuine interest in culture, art and design
- Highly organised and self-directed, comfortable managing multiple priorities without being told what to do
- Culturally tuned: you genuinely understand the art, music and grassroots scenes this brand lives in
