We're partnering with an agency looking for a Social Account Manager to join the team on an immediate start basis for an initial 6-month contract, with strong potential to become permanent.

You will sit at the heart of client services, working closely with internal creative and strategy teams to ensure projects run smoothly and clients receive best-in-class service.
What You'll Be Doing:- Managing day-to-day delivery across multiple social media client accounts
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships
- Supporting the planning and execution of social campaigns and always-on activity
- Working closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Managing timelines, budgets and campaign deliverables effectively
- Helping identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
- Proven experience as an Account Manager within an agency environment
- Strong social / digital campaign experience
- Excellent client servicing and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong project management ability
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for social media, content and digital marketing trends
- Available immediately or at short notice
