The Opportunity
We're looking for experienced recruiters to join our Creative Freelance division, supporting fast-paced, high-demand areas such as design, motion, creative, copy, production, and content. You'll run your own freelance desk, partnering closely with clients who rely on us for speed, accuracy, and talent that can hit the ground running. This is a brilliant opportunity to grow a warm desk, nurture repeat business, and work alongside some of the most respected freelance recruiters in the industry. We've invested heavily in our tech stack, automations, and AI so you can focus on what matters most building long-term relationships and delivering an exceptional experience to both clients and freelancers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building, managing and scaling a high-performing roster of creative freelancers
- Responding quickly and accurately to client briefs across the creative sector
- Managing the full freelance cycle bookings, availability, compliance, and aftercare
- Growing and nurturing client accounts, ensuring repeat and exclusive business
- Identifying new business opportunities within agencies, brands and in-house studios
- Advising clients on market trends, day rates, and talent solutions
- Championing the Major Players brand through excellent service and strong personal reputation
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within creative, digital or marketing
- Experience working in freelance or contract recruitment is highly desirable
- Strong business development skills with a history of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- A fast, proactive, solutions-led mindset you thrive in a high-volume, quick-turnaround environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Someone forward-thinking who leverages automations and AI to drive efficiency and performance
