Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative development from initial concept through to detailed design on small and large-scale projects.
  • Build strong narratives and standout design directions that connect emotionally and commercially.
  • Interrogate briefs, identify key objectives and demonstrate a solid understanding of the consumer journey.
  • Represent the agency confidently in client meetings.
  • Line manage and support the development of junior team members.
  • Produce CAD drawing packs and relevant specification documents.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in a relevant agency or industry role.
  • Strong conceptual thinker with an individual creative style.
  • Fluent in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign; proficient in 3D modelling and render programmes (SketchUp/V‐Ray preferred).
  • Experienced in reading and creating CAD drawing packs.
  • Commercially aware and culturally curious.
  • Collaborative, energetic and eco-conscious on materiality.

Salary & Benefits

  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday + Christmas to New Year period (with additional loyalty days after 3 years).
