They are looking for a Paid Social Strategist to take ownership of the brand's paid social strategy, building, scaling, and optimising campaigns across Meta and TikTok to drive growth, engagement, and revenue.

You will be joining a collaborative, social-first marketing team that thrives on creativity, experimentation, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and optimise campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and TikTok Shop.
  • Lead creative testing – develop, brief, and iterate ad concepts that perform.
  • Manage significant budgets and scale campaigns efficiently.
  • Own top-of-funnel and retargeting strategy across key markets.
  • Analyse performance data, report on ROAS, and make optimisation recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with creatives, copywriters, and growth marketers to align messaging and visual strategy.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Experience in D2C, ecommerce, or challenger consumer brands.
  • Proven experience building and scaling Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of paid social performance, including creative testing, budget pacing, and attribution.
  • A strong mix of analytical and creative skills, able to interpret data and translate insights into ideas.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads or TikTok Shop Ads desirable.
