Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and refine paid social campaigns across key digital platforms to achieve agreed performance metrics.
- Implement a variety of ad formats, such as product catalogue ads, shopping campaigns, and brand awareness activity.
- Monitor and adjust campaign budgets to maintain target CPA and ROI, reallocating spend based on live performance data.
- Experiment with different creatives, audience profiles, and messaging to maximise results.
- Produce clear, actionable reports using analytics software and platform insights.
- Liaise with platform representatives to explore new features, beta opportunities, and best practices.
- Contribute to the management of affiliate marketing activity — including partner onboarding, creative asset briefing, and results tracking.
- Work alongside ecommerce, creative, and content teams to ensure campaigns align with seasonal plans and product launches.
Skills & Experience:
- At least two years' experience managing paid social advertising for a brand or agency.
- Demonstrated ability to handle monthly budgets exceeding £100k.
- Strong analytical skills and confident use of Excel and analytics tools.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to combine creative flair with a data-first approach.
- Proactive, collaborative, and motivated to expand knowledge of new platforms or channels.

- Previous exposure to affiliate marketing or experience in a high-volume ecommerce/DTC setting.
