An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Director to join a leading integrated media team, working on one of the agency's largest and most high-profile global accounts.

This is a lateral move for an established Account Director (or Senior Account Manager with 3+ years at that level) looking to step into a highly visible, senior client-facing role across an EMEA remit (8+ markets).

The Role

  • Lead paid social strategy and delivery (full-funnel) for a major global client
  • Manage day-to-day relationships across multiple EMEA markets, liaising closely with regional teams
  • Report into the Business Director, with a small team including an Account Manager, plus support from an offshore hub
  • Represent the account at a senior level, working alongside cross-channel specialists within an integrated team structure
  • Operate within a high-pressure, high-profile account environment, requiring strong stakeholder management and composure

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' paid social experience, ideally with full-funnel exposure
  • Proven experience working across EMEA markets - this is essential
  • Current or recent experience at Account Director level (or Senior Account Manager, 3+ years, ready to step up)
  • Comfortable managing large, complex, high-budget accounts
  • Strong communicator, confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Process

  • Two-stage interview process:
  • Competency-based introductory conversation
  • Response-to-brief panel interview with senior stakeholders

Package

Salary banding £55,000–£65,000, with £60,000 the target for most candidates (flexibility for exceptional experience on comparable large-scale accounts).
