A fast-scaling health tech brand is building its in-house creative function, and their design function sits right at the centre. You'll work within a pod structure alongside a copywriter, producing at pace across Meta, TikTok and Connected TV.

What you'll do:

  • Design and iterate performance creative across paid social and video channels, primarily Meta, TikTok and CTV.
  • Work closely with a copywriter as a pod, moving quickly from brief to test to iteration.
  • Take direction from creative leadership and contribute your own point of view.

What we're looking for:

  • 3-5 years' design experience, including time at an agency.
  • A portfolio that shows craft, range, and the ability to iterate at speed.
  • Comfort taking and giving creative direction.
  • DTC experience is a plus, but category background is not a requirement.

Salary: £45,000-£55,000 DOE

Location: London, hybrid (3 days/Wk)
