This is a great opportunity to join a premium lifestyle and active brand in a newly created Membership Marketing Manager role. You will lead the strategy and execution of the brand's membership and subscription offering, driving acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifetime value through compelling storytelling, integrated campaigns, and multi-channel digital journeys. You will shape how they talk to members, who to target, and how they convert interest into long-term commitment.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute global marketing strategies for membership acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Own the membership funnel, optimising awareness, conversion, upsell, renewal rates, and engagement.
- Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing, including segmentation, personalisation, and automation across email, social, app, web, and other channels.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Brand, Retail, Digital, Community, Tech, Finance) to ensure integrated campaigns and seamless member experiences.
- Influence the digital product roadmap to enhance the membership app experience, adoption, and engagement.
- Report on key performance metrics such as CPA, churn, LTV, ARPU, and ROAS, using insights to shape future campaigns.
- Support marketing at physical events and activations to bring the membership to life in market.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, CRM, and lifecycle campaigns, ideally within membership, subscription, or community-based models.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret CPA, churn, LTV, engagement, and ROI metrics.
- Experienced in leading campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and influence stakeholders.
- Background in premium lifestyle, fashion, active, or DTC brands.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics platforms, and app management.
- Lead and shape the strategy for a premium membership offering within a growing global brand.
