I'm partnering with a fast-growing viral social entertainment brand to hire a Social and Influencer Marketing Specialist. This brand has built a social-first, digital-native model, with content reaching millions worldwide and driving high engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. With rapid growth in the UK market, this role offers the chance to own and execute marketing strategy with a focus on social and influencer, build partnerships, and help scale visibility and impact.
This role is ideal for someone proactive, creative, and data-informed, with the confidence to take ownership of campaigns from strategy through execution.
Key Responsibilities- Own and execute the UK social media and influencer strategy
- Develop campaigns to drive visibility, engagement, and measurable growth
- Test and refine initiatives internally before delegating to support teams
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, creators, and brand partners
- Lead collaborations from ideation to execution, tracking performance metrics
- Support ambassador programmes and longer-term strategic partnerships
- Manage and mentor offshore social media VAs
- Work cross-functionally to align campaigns with marketing, product, and brand objectives
- Bring forward creative ideas to elevate campaigns and processes
- Track engagement, growth, traffic, and conversion metrics
- Provide insight-led reporting and recommendations to optimise campaigns
- Proven experience in social media management, influencer partnerships, or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram culture, trends, and algorithms
- Hands-on content creation skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools)
- Confident copywriter with brand-aligned tone of voice
- Experience managing junior or offshore team members
- Data-driven, commercially aware, and growth-focused
- Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated
- Bold, creative thinker with attention to detail
- Confident working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Trend-aware, commercially minded, and socially savvy
