We're looking for a Loyalty & Membership Strategist to help shape and deliver connected, omnichannel membership experiences at scale. This role sits at the intersection of loyalty, personalisation, commerce and shopper communications, with a strong strategic lens. You'll be responsible for building and defining membership communications plans that bring big ideas to life through always-on activity and joined-up customer journeys, working closely with marketing, channel and media teams across a complex global ecosystem. It's a brilliant opportunity for a planner or strategist who loves turning audience insight into meaningful engagement and long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and lead omnichannel loyalty and membership communication strategies designed to drive long-term engagement and retention.
- Design and deliver always-on membership journeys across CRM, digital platforms and owned brand channels.
- Analyse audiences, customer behaviours, touchpoints and media opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Own and evolve planning frameworks, working closely with marketing, channel and delivery teams to ensure joined-up execution.
- Translate big strategic ideas into clear, insight-led communication architectures and customer journeys.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external specialists, including media partners, to bring plans to life effectively.
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years' experience in retail, shopper or commerce strategy or planning roles.
- Demonstrated experience developing, evolving or optimising loyalty or membership programmes.
- Strong understanding of personalisation, CRM strategy and end-to-end customer journey design.
- Comfortable using data, tools and audience insight (both qualitative and quantitative) to inform strategy.
- Experience collaborating with media partners and cross-functional planning teams.
- A genuine passion for shopper communications, engagement and brand-led experiences.
- Experience working within a complex, global or multi-market strategy environment.
Project Scope & Duration
ASAP for 4 months initially.
