Major Players are partnering with a leading social and influencer agency to hire a Head of Growth/New Business Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team with a proven track record working with globally recognised brands, pioneering the way they engage with influencers and the gifting process. They need a commercial heavyweight to lead their new business function, sitting at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, and taking responsibility for converting their brand's momentum into a high-performing revenue engine.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and secure new enterprise-level partnerships through strategic outbound hunting.
- Lead high-stakes pitches with C-suite stakeholders (CMOs, Brand Directors) to secure multi-year contracts.
- Develop sector-specific playbooks to outperform competitors and establish the agency as an industry leader.
- Manage the Senior Marketing Exec to ensure B2B campaigns and content are laser-focused.
- Empower the Brand Partnerships team to handle inbound leads efficiently, providing them with the training and tools to maximise conversions.
- Act as the connector between marketing and sales, ensuring every campaign click translates into a discovery call.
- Take full accountability for the total new business revenue line and pipeline health.
- Optimise HubSpot to provide crystal-clear visibility into forecasting, pipeline quality, and team conversion rates.
- Constantly refine sales collateral and the sales narrative to stay ahead of creator economy trends.
- Collaborate with the Client Services Director to ensure every pitch is grounded in reality and built for long-term retention.
Experience required
- Proven commercial rigour and success winning large scale retainer projects with enterprise clients.
- A minimum of 7 years in B2B sales/leadership. You speak the language of CMOs and Procurement and understand how to build long-term partnerships.
- Leadership experience with proven success managing and aligning both Sales and Marketing functions to a singular commercial goal.
Salary and location
- Salary: £70,000-100,000 (depending on experience and level)
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Office Location: East Central London - a minimum of 3 days per week in office, ideally 4
