A luxury jewellery brand is looking for a Global PR Executive to join their in-house team at their London HQ. This is a broad and genuinely exciting role at the heart of a global PR department, working across editorial, talent, events, and strategic communications on an international scale.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management and logistics of editorial photoshoots, coordinating product selection, security, and merchandising, attending on the day to oversee handling of high-value pieces.
- Assist in the creation of PR collateral and materials, supporting global PR teams with image and product credit requests for editorial stories.
- Manage editorial coverage across print and digital, ensuring all titles are tracked, scanned, and delivered to key stakeholders.
- Collate monthly global PR reports and assist with competitor analysis, DMR reporting, and post-activation campaign summaries.
- Support talent and influencer press trips and product loans, with a keen eye for identifying new profiles and opportunities relevant to the brand.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of seasonal press days, global store openings, press trips, and special projects including events.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a PR role; luxury, jewellery, or fashion background strongly preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and proofing.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience maintaining and growing media contact lists and press office management.
