Fantastic new role for a Senior Creative to join a fast-growing, independent brand experience agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the quality and consistency of all design output across the agency.
  • Shape ideas into fully formed experiences, guiding work from concept to delivery.
  • Lead, mentor and elevate junior designers.
  • Manage and maintain a freelance talent network for 3D and 2D design.
  • Support new business pitches with design-led thinking.
  • Keep the agency culturally connected through inspiration and learning sessions.
  • Stay on top of emerging AI tools, materials and technologies.

Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years in experiential design, ideally agency-side.
  • Strong portfolio across branded environments, visual identity and spatial storytelling.
  • Hands-on with AI, 3D design, rendering and technical drawing.
  • Solid understanding of fabrication, AV integration and material selection.
  • Experience with interior styling, scenic rentals and furniture sourcing.
  • Familiar with modular exhibition systems and conference environments.
  • Proven leadership and client-facing skills.
  • Highly organised - files, folders and timesheets included.

Salary & Benefits

Location: South London, Hybrid, 3 days in office.
