This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded ecommerce specialist to take ownership of multi-channel digital trading. Operating across both direct-to-consumer and key marketplace channels, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, improving performance efficiency, and optimising the full customer journey. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, enjoys working with data, and can confidently balance trading, marketing performance, and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end ecommerce trading strategy across DTC and marketplace channels
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and campaign activity to drive revenue and margin performance
  • Optimise marketplace performance (including listings, stock flow, and profitability)
  • Lead paid acquisition activity across channels such as Google, paid social, and retail media platforms
  • Identify and implement CRO improvements to enhance on‐site performance and customer journey
  • Build and maintain trading calendars, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards
  • Collaborate with external agency partners to deliver best‐in‐class campaign execution

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing ecommerce trading across DTC and/or marketplace environments
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels including paid search and paid social
  • Experience working with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or similar
  • Highly data‐driven with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Comfortable managing agency relationships and driving performance outcomes
  • Experience within consumer goods, retail, or high‐growth brands is advantageous

  • Initial contract with potential to extend based on performance and business needs
