Key Responsibilities- Lead the CRM function, setting strategy and operational priorities
- Plan, execute, and optimise lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, app, and other channels
- Manage and mentor CRM team members, building capability and supporting career development
- Collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, and commercial teams to align CRM strategy with business goals
- Analyse campaign performance and customer engagement, translating insights into actionable improvements
- Drive adoption of best practices, automation, and personalisation across the CRM function
