One of the UK's most recognisable multi‐brand hospitality groups is looking for a CRM Executive to join their busy marketing team and support campaign delivery across a portfolio of 18+ brands in the UK and US.

This is a business that operates at real pace, with a lean CRM team managing high volumes of activity across multiple brands and markets. If you're an up‐and‐coming CRM specialist looking to get into a dynamic, fast‐moving environment where no two days look the same, this is a fantastic next step.

This is an execution‐focused role where you'll be getting stuck in from day one, building emails, managing templates, pulling reports and supporting the wider CRM team with campaign delivery. Strong CRM platform knowledge and a good eye for copy are both going to set you up for success here.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end‐to‐end email campaign delivery, builds, QA, deployment and reporting
  • Create and manage email templates across multiple brands
  • Pull and analyse performance reports to support the wider CRM team
  • Maintain data hygiene and support segmentation builds
  • Assist with platform activity as the business migrates to Iterable
  • Respond to briefs from marketing stakeholders efficiently and accurately
Skills & Experience Required
  • Hands‐on experience with a CRM or email platform, Salesforce, Acteol or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to QA
  • Good copywriting skills - able to write clearly and in‐brand
  • Comfortable working at pace across multiple priorities
  • Eager to learn and develop within a high‐volume environment
  • Hospitality, leisure or multi‐brand experience a bonus but not essential
