Major Players are partnering with a London-based creative studio working across music, fashion, brand campaigns, tours and live experiences, who are looking for a Creative Assistant / Studio Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and contribute creatively to high-profile projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is creatively led to join a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can grow your skills across design, content production, and studio operations.
Reporting directly into the Creative Director, you will be supporting them on creative ideas, drawings and designs for collateral for shows on a National and International scale.
Key Responsibilities- Studio and Administrative Support:
- Manage inboxes, respond to emails and stay across project updates
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas and maintain calendars
- Support internal project timelines and keep documentation up to date
- Coordinate national and international travel
- Compile meeting notes and follow-up actions
- Creative Contribution:
- Research ideas and reference points for client projects
- Develop sketches, renders, moodboards and other creative assets
- Build presentations and decks for internal and client-facing use
- Assist on-site at shoots, rehearsals and live event days when required
- Social Media:
- Plan and schedule content for the studio's social channels (Instagram)
- Capture and create still and video content for digital platforms
- Minimum of 1 years experience, with a background in graphic design, or some type of design role
- Proficiency in Premier, After Effects and other design software, and working with any project management software such as Teamwork, Monday, Asana
- Highly organised, proactive and collaborative
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Passionate about music, design and cultural experiences
- Confident using G-Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Procreate or similar)
- A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys contributing ideas
Hours: Full time
Salary: up to £30,000 depending on experience
Office Location: South East London
Office requirements: 5 days per week in office
