Our client is one of the UK's fastest-growing hospitality brands, a multi-award-winning business with serious commercial momentum and an ambitious growth agenda across the UK & Ireland. They've built a loyal following, a strong delivery presence, and a reputation for cultural relevance that sets them apart in a crowded category. With multiple industry accolades to their name and rapid site expansion underway, this is a brand on a genuine upward trajectory, and we're excited to be hiring for a Campaign Manager to join their Marketing team!

The Role

This is a pivotal hire at a defining moment for the brand. You'll take full ownership of product campaigns, from briefing the comms agency through to measuring effectiveness. Working cross-functionally with Innovation, CRM/Loyalty, Brand, and Ops, you'll ensure every campaign lands flawlessly across channels and restaurants.

If you're energised by fast growth, complex challenges, and the opportunity to create work that drives both fame and footfall, this is your chance to make a real mark.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver bold, high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, traffic, and sales
  • Lead end-to-end execution across LTOs, NPD, occasions, student moments, and tactical activations
  • Own campaign messaging for menu launches and commercial activations
  • Brief and manage creative/content teams to deliver best-in-class assets
  • Ensure consistent execution across all channels: social, CRM, delivery, and POS
  • Partner with Digital & CRM teams to deliver seamless omni-channel campaigns
  • Build and activate campaigns that genuinely resonate with student and youth audiences
  • Drive frequency and loyalty through targeted, culturally relevant activations
  • Leverage the right channels and partners to keep the brand front of mind
  • Own and grow third-party commercial partnerships to unlock new audiences and revenue
  • Maximise key partnerships (e.g. student and blue light discount platforms) across in-store and delivery
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new commercial opportunities
  • Act as the central point of contact for all partnership activity and internal alignment
  • Track and report campaign performance (weekly/monthly) with clear commercial insights
  • Lead post-campaign reviews and embed learnings into future plans
  • Continuously optimise the campaign calendar based on performance and trading
  • Lead cross-functional working groups for campaigns
  • Own and manage the marketing calendar across campaigns and key trading moments
  • Collaborate with global markets to share insights and best practices
  • Monitor competitor activity across QSR and relevant categories
  • Deliver monthly competitor updates and quarterly deep dives
  • Translate insights into actionable growth opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • A campaign manager who thrives on ownership and moves fast without losing commercial rigour
  • Equally comfortable shaping strategy and getting into the detail of execution
  • A genuine feel for youth and student culture, you know how to build campaigns that resonate, not just reach
  • Driven by data, you measure impact and embed learnings, not just deliver activity
  • Excited by a fast-scaling brand where you can shape direction, not maintain the status quo
